Let’s Talk SPHE has a dedicated bank of resources designed to support schools in delivering the now mandatory one hour per week of SPHE during Transition Year.
Rooted in the principles of the Transition Year Programme Statement, these micro-module courses promote personal and social development through experiential, student-centred learning. They encourage young people to explore real-life issues, build emotional literacy, and strengthen self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
Let’s Talk SPHE for Senior Cycle
From September 2027, Irish schools will be required to deliver 60 hours of SPHE at Senior Cycle.
This course provides structured, curriculum-aligned resources focused on wellbeing, relationships, identity and digital literacy.
